Bright, crisp, sweet, and colorful, this mix announces the beginning of fresh culinary delights. It also closes out the season in style, growing large and very sweet in the cool of autumn. Growing Instructions
Direct sow as soon as soil can be worked, through mid-spring. Thin small radish seedlings to 2-4" apart. Keep watered, especially as the season warms up. Harvest radishes as soon as they are round. Store radishes without the top to keep roots firm. (Tops are enjoyable in a sauté or braising mix.) Plant in succession to have a steady crop. Sow in late summer for a spectacular fall crop.
