Once you've placed a pre-order, you will receive an email confirming your order. We will then email you again when your plant is ready to be picked up or delivered. The availability of each plant will vary based on many factors, but we typically offer pre-orders of plants that are available earlier in the planting season.

Gertens has made our best-selling trees available for pre-order so that they are ready for you when the ground thaws. Please read the FAQ’s below for more information on tree pre-orders:
Which trees are available for pre-order? Pre-orders are only available for the specially-marked trees below. Trees that are labeled “Coming Soon” are not available for pre-order but we do expect them to be in stock later in the spring or summer.
When will pre-ordered trees be ready for delivery? Tree availability is weather-dependent and is based on the ground being thawed enough for planting and the readiness of the tree itself. The trees we have selected for pre-order are ones we expect to be ready early in spring. (approximately mid-April through mid-May). We will contact you once your tree is ready for curbside pickup or to schedule your delivery.
When do I pay for a pre-ordered tree? All tree pre-orders are paid for at the time you place your order.
Are trees available for delivery? All trees are available for delivery, while smaller trees are available for delivery or curbside pickup. Large trees also have the option for you to add planting services. You will find both of these options for each tree during the product selection and checkout process.
