Description

The Key lime has thinner rind and is smaller, seedier, more acidic and more aromatic than the Persian lime. It is valued for its stronger, more aromatic characteristic flavor. Their skin is also very thin, which means they don’t store well. It’s best to keep them out of the fridge and use them within two days of picking.
