Gertens Artificial Christmas Tree Return Policy:
Only items in new, unused and resalable condition will be eligible for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. There is a restock fee on returned trees. Returns on artificial Christmas trees are not accepted after December 25th.

Warranties for all Artificial Christmas Trees sold by Gertens are issued by the manufacturer. To determine the manufacturer of your Artificial Christmas Tree please look at one of the two following locations on your tree box:
1. The Tree Slip Comment Area
2. The Print on Tree Box
