PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS
Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
Wear protective gloves and clothing.
Wear eye and face protection.
FIRST AID
IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, get medical advice/attention.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
For best results, remove snow prior to application. Spread at the rate of 2-4 oz. (1/4 - 1/2 cup) per sq. yd. Remove slush and water to prevent penetration of porous areas and cracks in the concrete, as continual thawing and freezing action can cause damage to poor quality concrete.

PRECAUTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
POWER THAW will not cause harm to properly mixed (air entrained), poured, nished, and dried concrete. Do not use on concrete less than 1 year old. POWER THAW will not chemically attack concrete, however, natural freeze/thaw cycles, as well as freeze/thaw cycles caused by deicing material, can cause damage to poor quality concrete. This product should not be used on precast concrete steps, precast masonry walks or steps, brick, exposed aggregate or on any questionable-quality concrete. This product should not be overapplied. Excessive amounts may cause surface aking or scaling and increase the occurrence of freeze/thaw cycles. It is recommended to remove all water and slush resulting from the deicing process as
removal will decrease the frequency of freeze/thaw cycles. Also, all deicing materials can cause damage to plants, vegetation, and lawns when it is placed directly on, or very near the vegetation itself. Vegetation damage is also more likely when deicing products are overapplied. Correct application rates should be used when placing the product on the concrete surface.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Storage: Store in a cool dry area inaccessible to children and domestic animals. Reseal package tightly after each use. Container Disposal: Place empty bag in trash or o er for recycling if available.
