Holiday Bright Lights Artificial Tree Warranty Information:

The warranty for Holiday Bright Lights® Christmas trees will be processed through Gertens Greenhouses in
coordination with the manufacturer. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is
non-transferable.


Proof of purchase I required to claim warranty. All Gertens’ customers are required to register in our Preferred
Customer Program when purchasing a Christmas tree to ensure the purchase will be listed under his/her
preferred account in Gertens’ records system, should paper receipt be lost.


Trees will be warrantied against manufacturer defects for a period of 5 years from date of purchase for both
unlit and pre-lit trees.


Lights will be warrantied against manufacturer defects for a period of 5 years from date of purchase for
pre-lit trees.


** Light sets on pre-lit trees are warrantied against defects in workmanship only. Light sets will be
replaced if deemed to suffer from a manufacturing defect. Limited warranty does not cover damage
resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or normal wear.


** Light warranty is void if any lighted item is connected to the original manufacturer wiring. Use
separate extension cords and wall plugs to run extra light sets or lit tree-toppers to your tree.


** Bulb Maintenance: Changing out light bulbs on your tree as they burn out is extremely important to ensure longevity of
light strands and to prevent cascading. Once a light strand has cascaded, it must be cut off the tree and
re-strung with new lights by the consumer. Warranty is void if light bulbs are not regularly changed
due to normal wear.

1. Full name
2. Preferred customer phone number
3. Date of purchase
4. Brand of tree
5. Name of tree
6. SKU of tree (found on printed receipt or on yellow slip attached to tree box)
7. Description of tree issue, along with any pertinent photos
