Field Pussytoes | Antennaria neglecta

Antennaria neglecta. This drought tolerant plant attracts birds, butterflies, other pollinators. It is commonly found in bluffs, dry fields, clay soils, rocky ridges, and open slopes. A great low growing groundcover species. Grows well in dry to mesic soil conditions in full to partial sunlight. Height ranges from 4-16″. The white blossoms, from which it gets its name, resemble a cat’s toes and bloom in Spring.
