Description

Glory of the Snow | Chionodoxa forbesii 'Blue Giant'

Sword-like foliage surround star-like flowers that form thick clusters when left undisturbed for years. Chionodoxa are deer resistant and easy to grow in full sun to partial shade. They should be planted before the first hard frost in your area in well-drained soil.

When planting in drifts in the lawn wait at least 6 weeks after flowers bloom to mow the lawn. This is one of the few flower bulbs that does well under walnut trees.
