Help and Advice

Details

Water every 1-2 weeks when the top 1" dries out. Use moderatley well draining soil to prevent overwatering. Keep higher humidity for this plant with a pebble tray or by misting the plant periodically.

Repot the soil every 1-2 years to refresh the soil. Only increase the size of the pot when absolutely needed and by very little: when the rhizomes are bumping up to the sizes of the pot. Encourage bushier growth by pinching out the growning tips during the summer.

If the plant is not producing blooms, increase the amount of light the plant is recieveing. This plant will need supports as it grows taller.
