Gertens truly embraces all the seasons that Minnesota has to offer. Autumn is one of our favorites and defiantly a must do for our younger customers or even just the young at heart. The whole family is invited to enjoy all the season has to offer "Gertens style".

Enjoy our picturesque hay wagon ride around Gertens pond, teaming with wildlife and fragrant colorful fall blooms. Kids of all ages will enjoy our famous straw maze, scarecrow making, actor inspired story time, Minnesota's only haunted spooky walk, and all sorts of fun games & prizes. The younger ones will enjoy pumpkin painting, face painting and our seasonal petting zoo that always has a little more than your average animals.

It wouldn't be Gertens without Minnesota grown fresh apple tasting, seasonal food fare including fresh baked pies apple rollovers caramel apples and much more.

Gertens Pumpkin Fest is the only Twin Cities destination where you can be inspired for fall decorating using an amazing array of fresh gourds, corn stalks, wheat, branches, highly sought after pumpkins -- Cinderella, harvest moon, blue moon and long island cheese pumpkins to just name a few.

Enjoy seasonal sales on fresh trees, shrubs and perennials and don't forget to visit the Twin Cities largest Spring Bulb collection with hard to find varieties direct from Europe.

Special Festival Day is Friday of MEA weekend, October 17 1pm-5pm!!
